What should I do if I don't receive my letter?

Because we use snail mail, sometimes letters go missing! Please contact us as soon as you realize your letter has not arrived and we'd be more than happy to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. If it's your first letter, please also verify your address for us so that we can make sure your custom envelope is correctly addressed.

Each letter has a huge amount of research, writing, recipe testing, and artwork that goes into making each one a unique and fun experience from your mailbox to your kitchen. 

How can I manage my subscription or cancel? 

If you set up an account during checkout, you can easily login and manage your personal details (like your address or payment information) or cancel your subscription. If you did not create an account and checked out as a guest, you can contact us and we'd be happy to help you set up an account!
